Dr. Gordon Black
Dr. Gordon Black completed his medical degree at the University of Aberdeen in 2011 and has worked in hospitals and Family Practice since. He completed an undergraduate and Master's degree in Bio-Medical Sciences at the University of Guelph, which reinforces his evidence-based approach to medicine. He enjoys the diversity presented in Family Practice and has a special interest in men's health, sports medicine, preventative medicine and management of chronic disease. He enjoys the chance to see patients of all ages and stages of life. Outside of medicine, he enjoys soccer, running, photography and camping.
Dr. Jared Gleberzon
Dr. Jared Gleberzon completed his medical degree as well as his residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Toronto. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive and evidence-based primary care to patients at all stages of life. Dr. Gleberzon’s special interests include mental health, procedural skills, chronic disease management, and preventative medicine.
Dr. Francine Martin
Dr. Francine Martin received her medical degree from The University of Aberdeen in 2011. She completed her training in Family Medicine working for the NHS in Glasgow. She enjoys Family Medicine because it provides the opportunity to care for patients of all ages. She has a special interest in women’s health, rheumatology, chronic disease management and preventative care. Her interests outside of medicine include netball, painting and travelling.
Dr. Smriti Pradhan
Dr. Smriti Pradhan received her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine from the University of Alberta. She completed her residency in family medicine from the University of Toronto. Her interests include women’s health and procedural skills. Dr. Pradhan is committed to providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
Dr. Michelle Roseman
Dr. Michelle Roseman completed her medical degree at McGill University and her residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Toronto. She practices comprehensive Family Medicine, with special interests in mental health, preventative medicine, chronic disease management, sexual health and LGBTQ primary care. She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered and evidence-based care to individuals of all ages, from newborns to older adults.
Dr. Amandeep Takhar
Dr. Amandeep Takhar completed her medical degree at the University of Toronto and her residency training in Family Medicine at Queen’s University. She has further completed a fellowship in Hospital Medicine and has practiced in the acute care setting at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for over eight years. She is committed to providing comprehensive and evidence-based primary care to patient of all ages. Dr. Takhar’s special interests include women’s health, mental health and preventative medicine.
